Purchased in 2006 the site was a derelict railway sidings unit that had been adapted to a engineering workshop and ancillary store. 2 successful planning applications resulted in the site being redeveloped to provide 3 flexible space units of just under 10,000 sq ft. Spa let all of the units on long term leases and disposed of the asset in 2022.

Spa Purchased this well known site in Leamington spa in 2016. The retail elements were let to new tenants and the departure of the office area was managed to maximise the site value for disposal in 2022.
