Keir has over 30 years experience in the Construction & Property sector, starting as an Architectural Technician, before moving to Contracting, then Construction & Project Management where he was seconded to one of the UK's then largest Property fund managers.

Establishing a Main Contractor business in 2003, he has then gone on to create a property investment business facilitating a number of successful acquisitions, transactions and sales.

Keir is passionate about sustainability and technology within the built environment.

Tempio was created in 2019 to bring all the investment entities into one domain.

CFO

Sara trained with KPMG in Birmingham and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. Post qualification she continued to work for KPMG before moving to the finance department HO of TSB for a couple of years. Sara then joined Accountancy practice Burrows Scarborough where she became a Director.

In Feb 2011 she joined MCS to take up the newly created role of Finance Director with responsibility for the group financial and accounting functions. Since joining MCS, Sara has successfully lead the dedicated, compact finance team during a period which has seen unprecedented growth in the group.

Sara also acts as CFO for Spa Property Holdings and MCS Group being a key advisor to the CEO.
